The following pictures are of our gardens for 2003. We do raised bed gardening and this year's seems to be growing along pretty nicely. We've already been able to pick several vegetables - squash, radishes, lettuce, green beans, new potatoes - and soon will be picking cucumbers and tomatoes and other goodies. Of course, we've been cutting herbs for quite some time and I've had a chance to dehydrate quite a few for next winter.
